Coconut Oil for Hair, Good or Bad?
If you go online and search to see if coconut oil is good for hair. Yes, it does. But some people have gone a bit too far to claim that coconut oil can help to regrow lost hair.
Dr. Bruce Fife, the author of many books about the healing miracle of coconut oil has proven himself that coconut oil is not able to help his shiny top to regrow his long-lost hair. So, when it comes to retrieving your long-lost hair, don't pin any hope on coconut oil.
However, if your hair is thinning, then coconut oil may come to your rescue. Thinning of hair means the blood flow to the hair follicles is getting slow, so your hair is not receiving sufficient nutrients to timely nourish and grow thick and healthy hair. Coconut oil helps to improve the blood circulation on scalp if you massage it on your scalp.
Coconut oil also can help to prevent the loss of protein, making your hair stronger so it won't fall easily.
In a nutshell, coconut oil can't help to grow back your long-lost hair, but it does have positive impact of keeping your hair strong and prevent it from falling, or reduce the rate of hair fall.
